| Corporate Paralegal Vertical Bridge Corporate Consulting Inc. "Experts in Employee Attraction and Retention Strategies" http://www.verticalbridge.ca/ Huge full-service firm and huge opportunity here for a junior paralegal who can work independently and as part of a team. You will be assisting senior paralegal staff by processing corporate transactions and drafting documents in support of this team. Requirements A paralegal/legal assistant certificate, together with at least 2 years of corporate paralegal experience will be needed to be considered for this position. You will be working with a senior paralegal and reporting to the director of business law services. The expectations are that you will be capable of working on your own in preparing annual reports for federal, provincial and extra-provincial companies. In addition to you ability to draft legal documents, you will be writing letters to clients, and registering changes in corporate names, directors and offices. You will also be conducting searches, maintaining corporate records in ALF, and preparing resolutions and other documents as required. Remuneration – somewhere in the low 40’s and upwards - will be in line with your education and experience.
