| Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Vertical Bridge Corporate Consulting Inc. "Experts in Employee Attraction and Retention Strategies" http://www.verticalbridge.ca/ What is key to being the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant at this real estate development and investment company is a polished and professional presentation both on the phone and in person. This unique property development company is seeking a “good will ambassador” with excellent client relations skills to assume a front-desk role at their high-profile downtown office. The corporate office of this North American company has now grown to about 30 staff members and is centrally located close to the Granville Skytrain Station. Requirements Ideally, you will have at least 2 years of reception experience, plus general administrative skills. You will be welcoming visitors, re-directing customer service calls, typing correspondence, updating lists, responding to emails, maintaining meeting room schedules, processing mail, ordering supplies, ensuring that office equipment is operational, sending and distributing faxes, dealing with couriers, and entering data into a customer relationship management system. The telephone answering part of the job is an important one, but it is not a particularly busy phone system, so you will be assuming a variety of administrative duties in support of the sales and conveyancing staff. You will be highly computer-literate with strong Outlook and related calendar management skills, be proficient in MS Word and Excel, and preferably have some database or CRM experience. Any prior exposure to a property management or real estate development company setting would be an asset. Additional Comments If you enjoy working in a professional office environment and take pride in your multi-tasking abilities, please submit your resume outlining your relevant skills. The salary for this full-time position will be between $30,000 and $35,000 and a benefit plan is also offered. Our client is interviewing immediately so thank you for your prompt response. | |
