Luxury Retail Store Manager

Luxury Retail Store Manager:

With a nice standing; has a senior experience in shop management and a clear understanding of fashion; is a team builder; preferably has a proper client book; is familiar with retail software programs such as Retail Pro and CRM or similar; is a reliable person. Has merchandising and visual display understanding and a hands on attitude.
Is a proactive person who constantly contributes to the company growth driving the Store according to the given budgets. Works by goals also with the staff.
Has an understanding of the profit and loss of the store and is used to all the financial Aspects tied to the management of a store.

An active driver of the store business and used to constant reporting activities as well as customer building activities with the Retail Director.

Appearance and Grooming
Represents the brand consistently, presents a clean professional appearance; hairstyle, make-up and jewellery represent a minimal look.

Lateness
Consistently groomed and dressed at the beginning of scheduled shift; calls in advance when tardiness is unavoidable and speaks directly with a supervisor

Communicates well verbally and in writing; is a leader in the communication with the team; builds relationships with various people in the organization in a professional manner; effectively communicates the needs of the store to the Retail Director.

Team Relations
Is a good observer and listener to the team needs and is ready to promptly offer help during any sale; develops and maintains positive working relationships with other employees; drives the business constantly and maintains a positive attitude.

Flexibility
Has ability to change priorities as situations change

Anticipates and prevents problems; defines problems; overcomes obstacle and generates alternative solutions.


• JOB KNOWLEDGE

Selling Skills
Maximizes add on sales; identifies and approaches client quickly; possibly has a personal client book; personalizes and adds build-ons to the sales and trains the sales associates to do the same; uses selling events in the stores and mailings as all other clientelling activities to build a solid business in the store

Merchandise Knowledge
Knowledge of current fashion trends and how they relate to Fogal; knowledgeable of current stock situation; utilizes proper tools provided by the Retail Director and his team; high level of product knowledge which is demonstrated to the customer and taught to the team.

Clientele Development
Builds positive relationships with customers that result in customer loyalty and repeat business; is constantly working on clientelling proposals with Retail Director to grow a larger client base.

Customer Service
Follows up on all aspects of the sale; follows-up with customers and potential customers; handles returns, takes care of the client and makes every effort to save the sale.

Stock Responsibilities
Keeps the stock always neat and well planned / assorted for the store needs.

Procedures
Follows the procedures; conforms to all established loss prevention procedures; keeps CRM program always updated.
