| Food service supervisor A busy chain coffee shop in Horseshoe bay, West Vancouver is looking for a permanent, full-time food service supervisor. We need someone who can start immediately. Main duties: Ensure a professional level of customer service is delivered by all cafe staff Provide supervision and support to cafe staff Ensure all foods that are prepared and served in the cafe meet a high standard of food hygiene Liaise closely with the owner to monitor financial performance Check monthly figures to monitor and adjust staffing levels Hire and train new staff Keep track of inventory Education: Secondary school education is required. Community college program related to restaurant management is an asset Experience: 2~3 years of experience related to the food service industry is required. Language: Fluent English needed. Second language is an asset. Salary: $13.00 ~ 16.00/hour depending on experience. 6 hours/day, 30hours/week. Vacancy: 1 | |
