| Cashflow, Budgeting and Forecasting Manager - Scotland We seek a Cashflow, Budgeting and Forecasting Manager for a 3 to 6 month term in our client's offices in Scotland. Our client is seeking a dynamic focused Cashflow Budget and Forecasting Manager that is looking for opportunity for growth and recognition of achievement. The Cashflow Budgeting and Forecasting unit has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with proven hands-on ability for strategic financial thinking. Job Duties: - The Cashflow Budgeting and Forecasting Manager will assist and report to the Business Information Director with authority for cashflow, budgeting, forecasting and business analysis. - This position enhances decision-making capacity, attains business planning objectives, maintains budget and forecasting models, develops the integrity of timelines and goals, reports budgets by currency, cash flow and coordinates the process of safeguarding assets through in-depth budgets and forecasts. - The focus will be on the preparation of cashflow and financial forecasts, development of management reports and assisting managers in monitoring their resource allocations. - You will assist with the implementation of improved cashflow, budget and forecast systems and methodologies mentoring and encouraging peers and subordinates. Requirements: - The successful applicant will establish and maintain solid on-going working relationships within the organization to provide financial planning services by utilizing your consultative approach to meet budgeting and forecasting service level expectations. - In addition to a thorough knowledge of financial budget planning concepts, and a demonstrated ability to conduct financial analysis and prepare briefing materials, the incumbent must also demonstrate highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal skills, as well as advanced problem-solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Qualifications: - Successful applicants will have a professional designation CGA, CMA, CA, MBA and at least 5 years plus experience as a budget manager preferably in an international environment. - You have an engaging personality and the ability to impart knowledge in a fast paced changing setting working in a focused team situation. - Strong hands on budget and financial modeling in Excel is essential. - Must have valid passport and be able to work in Scotland immediately.
