| Financial Analyst - Self Starter - Great Perks Financial Analyst – Self Starter – Interesting Projects- Terrific Perks! Do you take ownership of your responsibilities? Our client, an innovative Engineering Company with a focus on Energy Development is seeking a Financial Analyst for its downtown Vancouver office. This role reports to the Director of Major Projects to develop and deliver financial and managerial reporting for major capital projects. In addition to the reporting functions, this position plays a vital role in supporting the day to day accounting and is the key person for all financial questions. Responsibilities: - Invoice Tracking, Tracking of Purchase Orders and Consulting Services fees - Reconciliation of Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Performance Measurements - Lead annual business plan, 5 year forecasting and budgeting for the department - Cashflow management - AP processing - Assist in the development of financial controls - Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports - Liaise with other departments with respect to financial matters Qualifications: - Level 3 CGA or CMA student - 3 years accounting experience - Strong Excel - Strong English Communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills - Some travel required for training and meetings This terrific opportunity offers a salary in the $60K range with 3 weeks vacation, an additional 10 flex days, great benefits, a fitness spending fund, pension contributions and bonus!!
