The Position: Our Customer Care Agents are customer focused, sales-oriented individuals who enjoy meeting challenging goals. You would be working in our inbound contact centre receiving a high volume of calls from our RBC clients. Your responsibility is to assist our clients with their financial needs and resolve their problems in a friendly and helpful manner, while also promoting our financial products and services. If you have a customer orientation and are computer savvy, this is the role for you! Hours of Operation: The RBC Card Service Centre is located at 2015 Main Street and open from 6:00am to 10:15 pm, Mondays through Fridays, and from 6:00am to 8:15 pm Saturdays and Sundays. Successful candidates must be fully flexible to work a variety of shifts as needed by the business within these hours. Training Dates: Training will be Mondays through Fridays from 8:00am to 4:00 pm for a 4 week period, followed by a 4 week transition period. All candidates should be fully flexible to work any business hours as indicated.
