| Senior Financial Analyst - Global Business This is an opportunity to control and improve the most fundamental cost driver of a major global business, its maintenance cost. Our client operates in a dynamic and interesting industry and seeks an experienced Senior Financial Accountant at its offices in Delta to provide supply chain and cost analysis. Reporting directly to one of the Directors you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on global supply chain costs and performance. In particular you will: - Monitor and recommend improvements on the Maintenance process. - Be the global go-to person for Maintenance cost and performance understanding. - Perform KPI reporting and write the associated commentary. - Develop and analyze ad hoc inventory and cost reports in conjunction with the Supply Chain department. - Network widely within the organization, working closely with Finance, Procurement, Planning and IT. Benefits: $70,000 - $100,000 + Pension + Flexible benefits Requirements: - At least five years of relevant analysis experience. - Strong attention to detail with the ability to understand complex information. - Prior experience of Cognos and an ERP system would be an asset but is not a pre-requisite. - Technical or engineering background preferred but is not a pre-requisite. - Self motivated and ambitious individual with a focus on quality.
