| Director of Finance - Global Business Reporting directly to the VP Finance an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Director of Finance or Controller to join this dynamic and interesting business at its 340 person strong head office in Delta. Managing a team of 6 direct reports and 18 indirect reports you will provide senior level Financial Control and Reporting expertise. In particular you will: - Provide management and positive direction in leading the Reporting and Control function in supporting key global business decisions. - Build a strong, supportive and rewarding team environment at the Delta head office, and guide the finance leads in each global region. - Lead the development and implementation of new systems, policies and best practices across the wider organization. - Perform periodic and annual financial reporting for presentation to the Executive team coupled with the associated variance analysis and performance commentary. - Network and build relationships widely within the organization. Benefits: $125,000 - $150,000 Base Salary Requirements: - Senior level finance and leadership experience gained within a large corporate or public practice environment. - Proven track record of managing a growth and change environment. - Entrepreneurial, enthusiastic and energetic leadership style. - Ability to adapt quickly to change and feel comfort in white space areas.
