| Senior Accountant - Property Industry Our client is a well established and sizeable company within the property industry. Employing over 400 staff, possessing a track record of almost 30 years and being led by a dynamic and entrepreneurial team it has a reputation for quality. An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Accountant to manage one member of staff and deliver planning, reporting and control expertise to the business. Principal responsibilities will include: - Financial reporting for management purposes on actuals along with the associated performance analysis. - Cashflow monitoring, forecasting and control to ensure that the business is meeting all of its financial obligations in a timely manner. - Extensive communication within the organization to ensure budgets and forecasts are compiled accurately. Benefits: $60,000 - $70,000 Base Salary Requirements: - A CGA or CMA accounting designation is an absolute must. - Prior experience of treasury management and cashflow forecasting is essential. - Strong and clear communicator with an outgoing personality. - Some knowledge of the property industry is preferable but not vital. - A leader's strength, motivation and direction.
