Job Description: We are currently seeking talented Telemarketers with positive attitudes to join our energetic sales team. Please note that strong performers WILL have the opportunity for promotion to an inside sales position shortly after their probationary period! Summary of Responsibilities: • Introduce business owners to our services via outbound phone calls and generate interest. • Send pre-written template emails to business owners interested in learning more. • Book appointments for the insides sales team to conduct online presentations with the business owners that are interested in a demonstration. • Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as internet directories, and lists purchased from other organizations. • Make corrections to contact records with out dated information in the company database. • Represent the company and its products positively • Participate in weekly meetings in your team to learn more about industry trends and strategies to increase results. • Continually learn the company’s products in preparation for an inside sales position where you would be conducting your own presentations. Competency Profile: • Successful prospecting experience; previous telemarketing experience is not required but preferred • High School diploma • Should be a persistent, goal-driven individual • Must be highly motivated and self disciplined • Need the ability to handle all customer interactions in a professional, efficient and friendly manner • Must be an energetic, enthusiastic, outgoing person with a positive attitude • Essential to have an excellent command of the English language – both spoken and written | |
