You would be working in our inbound contact centre receiving calls from our RBC clients. Your responsibility is to assist our clients with their financial needs and resolve their problems in a friendly and helpful manner. This position involves listening to clients over the phone, resolving their problems, and selling a variety of financial solutions. If you have a customer orientation and are computer savvy, this is the role for you. Life is busy. Clients are busy. They have things to do and priorities to arrange. One thing they can count on is the superb attention you’ll provide in one of these client first service roles. Hours of Operation: Candidates must be committed to maintaining a flexible work schedule based on the demands of the business. Our centre is open from 6 am – 10:15 pm Monday – Friday and 6 am – 8:15 pm Saturday and Sunday. We are looking for candidates who are available to work a variety of shifts, based on the needs of the business, within these hours.
