Bilingual Customer Service

Alliance Recruitment Brokers is currently assisting their client, a leader in their industry with their search for a Bilingual French/English CSR to work within their call center.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for providing customer service in the call centre and ensuring requests for service and enquiries are responded to and directed promptly and efficiently through the order system. This individual will possess the ability to multi-task between phone, email, web and fax, as well as balancing multiple priorities to meet fluctuating call volume demands. The candidate will also demonstrate effective problem solving skills while providing advanced communication, presentation skills both written and oral.

Please see the following qualifications required:
• At least 2 years of customer service preferably in a call centre environment.
• Minimum High School Diploma. Post Secondary Degree or Diploma is an asset.
• Minimum 40 wpm typing/keyboarding and MS Office
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with co-workers and customers.
