| Outside Sales Professional Alliance Recruitment Brokers is at present assisting their client, a recognized leader in their industry, with their search for an Outside Sales Professional. The successful incumbent will have a proven Sales background in Construction and Trades and will possess knowledge of current Building Code. This individual will also have the ability to read and interpret architectural plans and prepare material estimates. The Outside Sales Professional will be expected to be mature and work well in a structured environment and recognize this is as a positive team environment. Requirements: • Must be a strong at developing and maintaining new and existing relationships. • Be strong at recognizing and forecasting customer needs and maximizing sales by cross selling and adding value to sales transaction. • Have no problem cold calling and quickly qualifying and developing new business. • Must be an organized communicator and be highly accurate with all information gathering to ensure all supporting departments are provided with consistent data • Must be able to maintain sales quotas as outlined by company. • Have a strong ability to multi-task and work closely with customers and internal support teams.
