| Inside Sales - Cantonese/ Mandarin Speaking Alliance Recruitment Brokers is currently assisting their client based in the Lower Mainland with their search for an Inside Sales Representative that can speak Mandarin and Cantonese. The successful candidate will be expected to provide excellent customer service by providing a friendly environment while possessing strong product knowledge. The Inside Sales Representative will be accountable in the following areas: • Prepare special orders and compile the required information from the customer. • Assist customers with their information/product requirements in the store or over the telephone. • Assists and guides the customers to the various products of interest in the store. • Provides recommendations on how to improve department performance to help grow sales. Requirements: • Effective selling skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service • Ability to operate a cash terminal and related pieces of equipment such as a calculator, credit card imprinter and terminal. • Strong communication skills both written and oral. (Mandarin and Cantonese speaking) • Some basic knowledge of building code regulations. • Ability to operate a computer to look up products.
