Experienced Advertising Senior Executive Assistant, for Beijing, China. Location is not Canada!! Responsibilities & Duties: Applicant must be able to craft letters in English and Mandarin, run basic multi-language meetings, handle clients and assist/organize the Chief Creative Officer's daily schedule. Other responsibilities include scheduling and tracking meetings, sending and drafting basic correspondence as well as coordinate and oversee other administrative duties to support the Chief Creative Officer. Requirements: * 5 years experience in a similar position * Bachelor Degree * Advanced knowledge with Mac * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Great typing skills * American or Canadian preferred. Canadian/American born Chinese would be ideal. * Strong personality to maintain flow in a very dynamic business setting Please send CV, salary expectations and previous boss references.
