Director of Clinical Partnerships

Position Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of something new. The Director of Clinical Partnerships will increase clinical program awareness by establishing relationships and new partnerships with healthcare providers in Western Canada (British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan).

Responsibilities:
Will take the lead role in the regional marketing of clinical programs and clinical services in collaboration with the directors, clinical managers and clinical practice leaders
Relationship builder who will actively form new relationships with service providers in Western Canada
Develop a sound knowledge base of existing clinical programs and lead regional clinical projects
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Supports regional nurse recruitment efforts as appropriate
Demonstrates knowledge of the provincial nursing regulatory bodies
Participates on relevant committees both internally and externally

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) from an accredited school of nursing (MSN Preferred) Current nursing license with the provincial body of residence Graduate degree in a health related field an asset Strong clinical skills with a solid knowledge of the principles, practices and methods of community nursing Experience promoting and marketing community based services Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact comfortably and professionally internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Relationship builder with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinker who is driven and self- directed Results oriented with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong computer skills
Ability to travel to branch locations throughout Canada
