| Senior Accountant Are you looking for a rewarding career with an organization that truly values its employees? Job Description: Our Surrey client has an immediate opening for an experienced Senior Accountant to join its well-established manufacturing organization Reporting directly to the Management Team via the Controller, the successful Senior Accountant will be responsible for both Financial Reporting and managing the Accounts Payable of the company. Duties include but are not limited to: - Managing inventory received against Payables - Analyzing the coding in the General Ledger to the Trial Balance - Preparing Financial Statements - Preparing reports for management - Assisting in the budgeting process Requirements: -Completed or nearing completion of CGA Designation or similar Accounting designation - Knowledge of SAP – Small Business One a must - Knowledge of SQL and MS Office 2007 would be an asset - Excellent communication skills are paramount for success within this role -Strong time management and prioritization skills - Ability to make a productive contribution to the Management Team Contact: Please submit your resume in strict confidence quoting "Senior Accountant " in the subject line to Kathleen Debusschere, Recruiting Manager, Mercer Bradley Inc.
