| Litigation Float In this legal administrative assistant position, you will be floating in the insurance litigation practice area. You should enjoy variety as you will also be providing overflow support to one of the founding partners of this large firm and back-up reception relief as required. You will be preparing Lists of Documents, typing pleadings and maintaining trial records and B/F systems. You will be working from their beautifully appointed office centrally located downtown. Ideally you have about 2 to 3 years of litigation experience or a combination of relevant experience and education. Fast and accurate dicta-typing, advanced Word skills and knowledge of Supreme Court procedures are essential. Additionally, you will be an effective communicator with strong organizational abilities, excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for supporting various people and personalities in a team-oriented environment. Whether on the phone, in writing or in person, you will fit right in if you if you understand the need for a polished and professional presentation in all your dealings on behalf of this high-profile firm.
