| US Tax Manager US Tax Manager Job Description: Our client, is an international mid-size firm, who currently has an opportunity as an experienced US Tax Manager in their Vancouver Group The purpose of the US Tax Manager will include, not limited to: - with the support of the partners within the business unit, develop the practice - Desire to grow into a leadership role within the cross border compliance and planning practice from both a supervisory and business development perspective - Presentations to clients and advisors regarding matters with respect to cross border taxation issues - delivery and management of US Corporate and personal tax returns - provide effective tax strategies and solutions - Review of Canadian and US corporate tax returns - Participation in National cross border tax planning and succession and estate planning teams Requirements: - Possess a recognized professional accounting designation - completed the CICA In-depth tax course or US equivalent - 3-5 years in public practice with significant US personal tax experience - Possess significant US personal/corporate tax experience - Strong presentations, and public speaking skills Contact: If you are a highly motivated professional and you feel this role is for you, then please send your resume stating ‘US Tax Manager’ in the title to: Heather.McCarthy.
