Retail Salesperson Are you passionate about retail sales and customer service? Are you friendly, goal oriented and can work well under pressure while having lots of fun? If so, you might be the ideal candidate for our Vancouver Downtown client. Our client offers a competitive pay in the industry, two weeks of vacation in the first year, full benefits package after three months of employment and room for growth. Main Responsibilities: -Greeting customers -Finding out the customer's needs -Recommending the right product and describing its features and benefits -Answering customer questions regarding the store and the merchandise -Arranging merchandise and keeping the merchandise area tidy -Assisting buyer/merchandiser Education and Experience: -High school diploma / College preferred -Accustomed in working with tourists -Knowledge of customer service procedures and sales principles -Experience in retail, customer service, merchandizing and sales Key Requirements: -Must have a valid drivers license and good driving record as some travel to Whistler and Victoria may be required. Company vehicle provided. -Great communication skills -Patience -Initiative and persuasiveness -High energy level -Integrity
