| Paralegal - Securities Downtown mid-size firm requires an intermediate/senior securities paralegal ASAP! This is an independent role, dealing directly with clients, securities commission, stock exchanges, lawyers, etc. Duties include preparing corporate documentation on ALF, prospectuses, preparing private placement documentation, file documents on SEDAR, SEDI and ALF. Position provides challenge as this role will be responsible for all transactions from beginning to end. Minimum 3 years recent experience in corporate/securities in a paralegal role is required.
