Office Administrator / Receptionist

Downtown property management firm has an immediate opening for a professional Office Administrator/Receptionist. If you are dynamic, organized and come with previous corporate experience, this is the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

Telephone – including voice mail and incoming call direction
General copying and facsimile operation
Postage – posting and delivery
Courier dispatch
Admin. Support to all personnel, including miscellaneous correspondence and information monitoring and management of tenant information.
Assemble marketing, investment and financial packages
General Office coordination, maintain supplies, printing materials etc.
Data entry
Coordinate corporate functions, voice of the firm.
Executive Assistant functions
Banking errands
Qualifications

Above average typing abilities
Able to work independently and multi task
Outstanding organizational skills
Accuracy with good writing and editing skills
Technology friendly with excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficiency with computers, including intermediate level skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Familiar with Mail Merge
