| Internal Audit Manager Job Description: Our client is a major player in the Fraser Valley, employing over 4,000 staff. Reporting directly to the CFO it seeks an Internal Audit Manager to understand and mitigate all types of business risk including financial, reputational and asset risk. Working closely with colleagues across all business areas you will facilitate the improvement of processes, reporting, operations and governance. You will also manage the annual capital budgeting and forecasting process, analysing any variances. Requirements: The successful candidate will possess outstanding interpersonal skills - able to influence and motivate departmental teams, communicate clearly and build strong relationships. A background in business risk is not necessary as long as you have a genuine interest in risk and possess audit experience. You will either be a designated accountant or hold a high level degree.
