| Controller - Reporting directly to President Job Description Our client, an established manufacturing business with a track record of over 35 years, is experiencing very strong ongoing growth and is seeking a Controller to report directly to the President. This is a varied, business facing role where you will be responsible for: the financial management of six Group companies; setting tax and investment strategy; acting as the financial lead on real estate; financial reporting; management decision analysis. You will be the financial expert within this organization and essentially act as the President's right hand man/woman. Our client is a highly reputable business with a real sense of integrity both internally amongst staff and externally with customers. Quality performance is quickly recognized and rewarded with a significant bonus. Requirements: - Designated accountant with at least five years of experience. - Some experience in a manufacturing environment. - Good knowledge of tax laws. - Analytical approach to 'what if' scenarios. - Well organised, motivated and commercially minded individual.
