Job Description:

This large Langley based business has an opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to come on board as a Cost Accounting Manager reporting directly to the Controller. Principal responsibilities are:

- Manage annual planning and budgeting process for the regional business divisions.
- Conduct performance analysis and write related commentary.
- Perform business appraisal review for new initiatives.
- Manage and develop a team of three cost analysts.

Our client is a large subsidiary of a very well known and highly reputable national organization. It operates in a relaxed, friendly environment where quality performance is quickly recognized and rewarded.

Requirements:

- Designated accountant with at least 5 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of standard costing.
- Teamplayer, keen to coach and mentor direct reports.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across departments.

Benefits:

$75,000 - $100,000 + Benefits
