| Sr. Legal Assistant – Tax Law This full service firm is seeking a super organized legal assistant with well-rounded administrative skills to provide 1:1 support to a very busy partner specializing in tax law. You will be working downtown for a high-profile lawyer who is recognized as a leading tax law expert at the national and international levels. Prior exposure to tax law would be ideal. In addition to your advanced Word skills, you must be proficient in Excel to present numerical data in spreadsheet format, and have strong PowerPoint skills too as you will be doing lots of presentations. You will also be using Outlook to manage this lawyer’s hectic schedule and will be quite involved in making travel arrangements. Because this lawyer travels extensively, you must be able to work with minimal supervision and instinctively know how to manage daily work demands when the lawyer is not immediately available.
