| Digital Account Director If you don't know Dare, that's probably because you don't live in the UK, where Dare is the Digital Agency of the Decade. Dare Vancouver is currently seeking an Account Director with a very strong proficiency and passion for all things digital. You are all about client service and how digital marketing can deliver results. You can manage up as well as down and have a persuasive communications style. You enjoy leading account teams and working closely with strategic planners. Your digital agency experience shows through your thoughtful approach to integrated marketing opportunities and your ability to effectively work within a cross-functional team. You will lead the long term management of marketing accounts with a strong digital focus. Your job will include dedication to client satisfaction, breakthrough thinking, quality delivery, account profitability, and account growth. Responsibilities • Manage key agency accounts with large digital component • Lead and coach interactive account team in the delivery and demonstration of quality client service and digital marketing experience • Ensure client satisfaction: Continually keep abreast of client needs and expectations, maintain positive and enjoyable client relationships and deliver superior product. • Act as champion of client business strategies • Ensure account profitability and growth: Plan and adhere to budgets, prepare monthly account reviews, new business development • Manage the day-to-day account team, ensuring adherence to strategy, budget and client requisites. • Oversee, develop and present proposals, pitch concepts and rationale to key clients; and mentor and prepare account teams for presentations. • Work closely with Producer, Creative Director, Strategic Planners, Technical Director, and other team members to review and develop client-centric strategic and innovative communications solutions. Qualifications • 5 -8 years working with and managing clients in an agency environment across a variety of industries • Understanding and experience in the full spectrum of interactive planning and production process • Strong analytical skills • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM and social media • Keenly aware of best practices and geeky enough to keep up with the latest and greatest in digital marketing • Innate desire to want to make your client’s business better • Conceptual skills and ability to sell and deliver integrated marketing efforts • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proven ability to lead and grow small to large interactive accounts • Strong leadership and motivational skills • Strong communication and presentation skills • Strategic, client-savvy, persuasive and a team player • You’re smart and you’re nice Send us your CV and a short description on what makes you an awesome candidate. | |
