Rasoee (RAH-SOH-EE) is the Hindi word for kitchen. Hindi is the most widely spoken language in Northern India where the Rasoee story originally began. Four generations of chefs have shaped Rasoee’s original recipes. In order to take Indian cuisine mainstream, these original recipes were modified just the right amount to accommodate the North American palate and lifestyle.
